The Problem

An international charity working in over 25 countries had a Salesforce system nobody trusted: broken automations, no reporting and no documentation.

The Solution

A four-week rebuild: CRM hygiene, two donor-communication automations, a Power BI dashboard, and full handover documentation with team training.

The Story

The charity worked in over 25 countries, but their Salesforce system had become something nobody wanted to touch. Automations were broken, reporting did not exist, and the only person who understood the setup had left two years earlier without writing anything down.

The rebuild took four weeks. The first was CRM hygiene: cleaning duplicate records, fixing broken automations and setting a data standard the whole team could follow. Weeks two and three built two donor-communication automations (thank-you flows, renewal reminders and segmented appeals) that had previously been done by hand across several time zones.

The final week delivered a Power BI dashboard that pulled everything together, and a handover document written plainly enough for the team to maintain it themselves. Trustees now review the dashboard monthly, and nobody has asked where the spreadsheet went.

The Outcome

Donor communications automated end to end. Reporting moved from spreadsheets to a live dashboard the trustees now review monthly.
